Following a recommendation from friends, I reached out to Natasha at the office for advice on replacing my 10 year old veneers. Natasha was super responsive, knowledgeable, and was my translator when I needed her. The clinic is clean, modern, friendly with an efficient team who made me feel very comfortable as I am scared of the dentist. From the first contact with Natasha, the receptionist, the hygienist (with a big smile) to the professional veneer specialist Carolina who made my new veneers together with her expert nurse Beatrice, everyone was friendly, helpful, patient and above all very good at what they do. During my two visits, one for the upper and one for the lower replacements, Carolina was informative, confident and positive, she helped me feel less scared and I was able to listen to music on my headphones so I didn't hear the noise of the machines. I am very pleased with the result, I was able to make some adjustments to my liking without any problems and I will return again with confidence in the service you all provide. I have been undergoing invisible orthodontic treatment at the dental clinic since June of last year in Alhaurín El Grande and it has been a very good choice. They are very professional in their work. The 3D of the treatment process is what attracts me the most and it is very similar to how it is turning out in reality. So far the treatment has been very kind and cordial by everyone who works there. I recommend the clinic 100%.

It took them a long time and I'm still having problems. They put in three implants and they tightened one of them 3 times and it's still loose. I have a bridge with 6 one-piece caps and it's been moving for a year. I've been there twice and it's still half loose and they can't do anything until it falls out. The implants and teeth are different colors, and I have trouble eating, not to mention the trouble and expense of traveling so many times.

I have heard good things about them, the first visits were great, but then everything was a problem, they lie more than they talk and they are not professional at all, they sell you “your teeth in 0 hours”. They had me for 24 months without any teeth, their neglect is overwhelming, apart from the pile of lies they told me. The work after a year and more than 4 visits is pitiful, there will be those who get away with it but it won’t be because they are good at their job, good luck to those who put themselves in their hands!! I wrote this review 30 months ago telling how badly they treated me in all aspects, because today a complete implant fell out, I removed it myself without any effort with my hand… So I can say that at least with me the work they did was absolute rubbish and they know it, that’s why they have never been able to show their face…
