I've been a customer for many years. I had a problem with a tooth and contacted them for an appointment to have it checked, but they ignored me. I went in the afternoon after work and they were closed.
I'm definitely disappointed with them. I used to highly recommend them, but after this, I'd rather find another dentist. They don't provide customer service or solutions.

Dr. Ariel is a great professional, his work is excellent, and there was zero pain. I'm satisfied with the clinic except for the receptionist Cecilia. She's completely unprofessional and speaks rudely to clients. On four separate occasions, she raised her voice to my family member and me, claiming that I was the "disturbed one." She is utterly lacking in manners, social skills, and respect for others. In the end, I had to file a formal complaint for the first time in my life. It's a shame she gives the clinic such a bad image, especially considering how good the doctors are. Furthermore, on several occasions while at the clinic, I've witnessed her speaking rudely to other clients. A good attitude is essential when working with the public.

After spending a fortune on invisible braces, they fitted me with a fixed retainer that was incorrectly done. I went back to have it repaired very quickly, and a couple of months later it broke again. And on top of that, they want to charge me over €100 for it, even though it was their mistake and I had already paid so much. The organization is terrible; they've given me appointments many times, but when I arrived they didn't have the necessary products or staff, and I had to leave after waiting my turn. Disappointing!

I am completely disappointed with my orthodontic treatment. I feel compelled to write this review in the hope that someone at this clinic will take responsibility for my problem and deign to listen to me.
A DENTAL CLINIC IS ABOUT HEALTH, NOT JUST A BUSINESS WHERE THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS THE PATIENT'S MONEY.
I had orthodontic treatment done, but I'm not satisfied with the results. The clinic's solution is to make me pay again for orthodontics I already paid for. I tried to speak to someone in charge, and the only person I could reach (the clinic coordinator) told me that's all they can do: charge me again. They performed a scan which confirmed that I need orthodontics again, and yet they still tell me I have to pay. It's shameful that they play with people's health like this, showing absolutely no regard for the customer. I'm leaving my phone number here so they can please take responsibility, and I have no problem removing this review if necessary: 685214225.

The staff were generally very friendly and attentive, and the facilities were very clean and tidy. They answered all my questions perfectly. They didn't skimp on the necessary X-rays and scans. The treatment (extractions and implant placement) was completely painless, quick, and without any problems. During the implant adaptation period (3 months), I was able to lead a normal life with some limitations in chewing due to the temporary prosthetics, but now with the permanent ones, I barely notice the difference and can chew everything without any problems. In short, I am satisfied with the work and the staff. (The prices are reasonable compared to others.)
