Dr. Ariel is a great professional, excellent work and 0 pain, satisfied with the clinic except for the treatment of the receptionist Cecilia, 0 professionalism, speaks badly to the clients, 4 occasions were those in which he raised the tone to my relative and to me, according to the receptionist Cecilia the "altered person" was me. Since he is a person who totally lacks education, poise and respect for others. In the end I had to put in a complaint form for the first time in my life. It's a shame that it gives such a bad image to the clinic with such good doctors. Also, on several occasions being in the clinic I have seen how he addresses other clients with bad manners. To work facing the public you have to have a good attitude.

After spending a fortune on invisible orthodontics, they put a BAD fixed retainer on me, I go back to have it repaired in a very short time, and after a couple of months it breaks again. And on top of that they want to charge me more than 100 euros for it, this being their mistake and having paid so much. Poor organization, they have given me many appointments and when I showed up they did not have the products or personnel and I had to leave after waiting my turn. Disappointing!

I am forced to post this review to see if someone takes responsibility for my problem at this clinic and deigns to pay attention to me and just listen to me. A DENTAL CLINIC IS HEALTH, NOT JUST A BUSINESS IN WHICH THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS THE PATIENT'S MONEY. I had an orthodontic treatment which I am not satisfied with the results and the clinic's solution is to pay again for an orthodontic treatment that I already paid for at the time... I tried to speak to someone in charge and the only person I was able to speak to (the clinic coordinator) told me that it is the only thing she can do, charge again. They performed a scan on me which gave me the reason that I need orthodontic treatment again and still they tell me that I have to pay. It is shameful that they play with people's health like this without caring about the client at all. The staff in general is very friendly and attentive, the facilities are very clean and tidy. They gave me advice on all my questions. They did not skimp on the necessary x-rays and scans. The treatment (extractions and implant placement) was painless, fast and problem-free. During the adaptation period for the implants (3 months) I was able to live a normal life with some limitations in chewing as I had “temporary” implants, but now with the “permanent” ones I hardly notice the difference and I can chew everything without any problem. In short, I am satisfied with the work and the staff. (The prices are reasonable compared to others).
