More than 10 months have passed and from the first moment everything has been paid for. The treatment of the receptionist has always been dry, before there was a director, now he is no longer there. I was given some options in consultation that this director has taken as an attack on top of that which made me go again in vain. This has caused me many problems. Zero empathy and tact.

Lack of professionalism, they don't answer the phone even on the 3rd. Every time I go there is new staff. Instead of the dentist, the assistant answers. It cost them a lot to make my dentures either too big or they didn't fit... a disaster, since they finally got it right, they only lasted three years (shortly after they broke). I go to have them repaired and their response is that they have to make me a new one with a different budget, in other words, they don't use the guarantee. Once they have collected payment, they disclaim responsibility, they are only interested in the money. Nobody answers or takes care of the defect. I do not recommend it at all. It is the clinic with the most complaint forms. Although of course, there will be comments speaking well surely because of the gift they give you in return... it is ridiculous and shameful. I am surprised that it is still open.
The receptionist treated me very badly, with lies and misleading advertising... then the dentist gave me an x-ray and claimed that my pain was in the upper part when it was in a tooth in the lower part... come on, I don't know who gave her the title. I feel obliged to write this review, basically I don't think it's a dental clinic since the staff lacks knowledge, even a lady in the waiting room commented that they were making her dizzy and not finishing a job. Lots of videos and advertising but all lies!
