Based on my experience, 2 years ago I started a treatment that I knew was going to be long, they told me it could vary depending on each person's teeth, but for approximately 24 to 30 months, everything was going well at the beginning, I even put a super positive review for the treatment they gave me, the kindness and everything, which I must say, (in that aspect it has not changed, and they remain the same) but, 1 year ago the management changed and they have drastically changed everything, they have been changing everything, when I say everything, it is all the staff, yes, they will all be professionals and I do not judge for that, if not, because they changed the orthodontist and that is the worst thing you can do to a patient, start with another doctor and regain confidence.. I decided to give the team a chance, to my surprise, they have now changed the orthodontist again, back to start.. each person and professional has their own way of seeing and working, but I have lost a year of treatment, because I have not made any progress with the second orthodontist, WHO NO LONGER THIS, I spoke with the manager and she told me that she was going to be tough with this last orthodontist, to my surprise, the thing is that I started last month and it turns out that now she is not going to come every month.. but every month and a half and in between they change my rubber bands.. I don't think it's fair that a patient who has paid for their treatment, has not had a single missed payment and has had EVERYTHING that has been said and asked for done without any complaints is treated this way.. we all have a limit, I have already completed 24 months and the new orthodontist said that I still have a long way to go, so it won't be 24 or 30 months anymore, I don't know how much it will be, and I think that patients should not be treated like this since I will not be the only one that this is happening to, I think things are being done a little wrong, when they are changing the entire team that really worked, starting with the reception staff, hygienists and orthodontist... I must say, that there are professionals in the sectors, but professionals also have to keep them, I hope this shows what is happening and what I am going through and if you think it is fair the terrible experience I am going through when it should be nice to be able to pay for treatment and they tell you that it will last X amount of time and that it is fulfilled... we will continue with the treatment, there is no other option since it is already paid for, you set the guidelines, greetings.

I highly recommend this clinic!! The service is unbeatable and they treated me wonderfully. They had to extract all four of my wisdom teeth and I didn't even feel a thing; they were very attentive the whole time to make sure I didn't feel any pain. Plus, if you ask them anything via WhatsApp, they answer it quickly! I have to say that I've always been a bit terrified of dentists because I had a pretty bad experience as a child...
